Neera is a sweet juice from flowers and stems of various palm trees, which is especially valuable for people. In Sanskrit, the word neera means 'life-giving nectar' or 'life force' of a palm tree. Madal Bal's natural tree syrup was composed in Switzerland from a combination of pure Maple Eye Bird Syrup with Arenga, Kitul, Palmyra, Nipah and Coconut Palm syrups. It took five years and many tests to produce a mixture that meets the requirements of Neer's treatment. Palm syrup comes from Indonesia and Sri Lanka, while maple syrup from Canada.

Madal Bal uses only the purest juice from specially selected trees that grow in a natural, contaminated environment. Its production is extremely careful. It takes 40-50 liters of sweet juice to get 1 liter of Neera syrup. This is equal to the amount of juice that one tree produces per year. In Madal Bal natural syrup, only pure, dark maple syrup "grade C", which is the richest in minerals, is used. The Neera syrup has been formulated to provide important basic mineral salts such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, sodium, which in combination with lemon makes the Neera drink a natural electrolyte.
