NKO ™ is a synergistic combination of essential unsaturated fatty acids, phospholipids and antioxidants.
The main phospholipid contained in oil is phosphatidylcholine. This component, which is a form of lecithin, is a very important nutrient for the brain. For our body to properly process supplemented phospholipids, they must be associated with the right type of fat that the body cannot synthesize itself. Such fats are OMEGA-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

METHOD OF CONSUMPTION
Twice a day, 1 capsule while eating.
