The silica contained in horsetail supports the condition of bones, nails, hair and skin. Field horsetail soothes inflammation of the skin and helps prevent hair loss. It also strengthens the nails. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) influences the development of hair pigmentation and reduces gray hair. Vitamin E (EVNol SupraBio, a mixture of tocopherols and tocotrienols) supports cells against aging. Vitamin C is involved in the formation of collagen, which contributes to the proper functioning of the skin. Copper supports the proper pigmentation of skin and hair.
