DESCRIPTION

Black cumin has a spicy, spicy flavor. As a spice, it is added to bread, soups, cheese and vegetables. These seeds were already used in Old Polish cuisine to season bread, e.g. flatbread. It can be used as a pepper substitute in diets where hot spices are not allowed. Black cumin seed oil is used in the production of some sweets.
