DESCRIPTION
Organic oat bran is a product made when milling oats into oat flour. The bran consists mainly of the outermost, most valuable layer of grain, i.e. fruit and seed cover. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. We recommend it as an addition to the morning porridge and as a cutlet coating, an addition to cakes, vegetable pies, bread, sauces. We recommend to subject bran before consumption to a short heat treatment.
