DESCRIPTION
Organic oat flakes are obtained from crushed oats. Oatmeal is a great choice for a daily breakfast. They taste best with the addition of yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.

PREPARATION METHOD
Cook the flakes in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of flakes for 2 servings of water or milk) on a slow fire for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
