The recipe for onion syrup has been known for generations. Raw onions contain minerals such as zinc, sodium, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium and phosphorus. In addition, in its composition you can find large deposits of vitamin C, B, PP and provitamin A. Thanks to volatile oils, onion syrup is bactericidal. Above all, however, it clears the upper respiratory tract, reducing both dry and wet cough.
