Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid capsules contain fish, linseed and borage oils. They form a comprehensive set of fatty acids in the product that complements the existing range of essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids, such as those found in fish oil, linseed oil and borage oil, are needed for many physiological functions, including the production of electrical impulses that stimulate the heart, strengthen the immune system, provide the brain and the nervous system with structural components.
Recent studies have shown the importance of fatty acid balance, the ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acids. Solgar Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid capsules contain more Omega 3 fatty acids from fish and linseed. They are supplemented with high-quality Omega 6 fatty acids from borage and linseed and Omega 9 in the form of oleic acid, also obtained from linseed oil.
Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid capsules provide a variety of fatty acids from various sources, thanks to which it is a comprehensive preparation of fatty acids supporting many physiological functions. It is ideal for people who want to enrich their diet with healthy fats with the help of a high-quality fatty acid supplement. It contains the smallest possible amount of free fatty acids, which is an indicator of freshness (the higher the content of free fatty acids, the greater the degree of oil rancidity). The maximum content of so-called Free Fatty Acids in Solgara product is 0.1% at the end of the expiration date. This content is not available for other products not only in Poland but also in Europe. Important: should be taken 3 times a day for 20 days.
