AjiPure are amino acids that are produced in the fermentation process using natural, non-animal raw materials. The confirmed purity of the amino acids ranges from 99-100%. BCAAs are three branched chain amino acids that play a key role in muscle growth and regeneration. They make up about one third of all muscle proteins. All three amino acids are essential amino acids, which means that they must be supplied to the body with food.

L-Leucine from all BCAAs is the strongest activator of the enzyme known as mTOR kinase (its activation may positively affect the synthesis of muscle proteins). Leucine is metabolized into a number of metabolites, one of which, MHB, is available as a standalone supplement. Leucine stimulates insulin secretion, both by itself and synergistically with carbohydrates, is oxidized in the muscles and can be a source of energy used for exercise. It also regulates the activity of neurotransmitter precursors in the brain and the release of enkephalins, which are believed to affect the perception of pain and the formation of feelings of pleasure and satisfaction.
L-Isoleucine, as one of the branched chain amino acids, helps in muscle regeneration after exercise, has anti-catabolic effects and participates in the synthesis of proteins in the muscles. Isoleucine mediates the regulation of sugar (glucose) levels, increasing the absorption and use of glucose during exercise.
L-Valine is essential in maintaining the proper functioning of cells and organs. It is an amino acid that is especially important for regulating nitrogen levels in the body. Valine is also valuable for the immune and nervous systems, increasing cognitive functions and reducing insomnia and nervousness. Like the other two branched chain amino acids, valine has an anti-catabolic effect and has a positive effect on muscle regeneration after exercise.
