PANNA COTTA (GLUTEN-FREE) BIO 40 g - AMYLON
Description
INGREDIENTS
dried whey * (from milk), dried glucose syrup *, corn starch *, agar * (thickener), ground Bourbon vanilla * 1% (* certified organic ingredient)
PREPARATION METHOD
1) Pour the loose mixture (40 g) into 200-250 ml cream, add 1 tablespoon of bio cane sugar (20 g) and mix.
2) 200 ml of milk bring to a boil, add the previously prepared mixture with cream and cook for about 1 minute.
3) Pour into bowls rinsed with cold water and leave to thicken (approx. 2 hours).
Can be served in bowls or carefully separate the dessert from the edge of the bowl and turn upside down on a dessert plate.
4) Before serving, pour the dessert with chocolate or fruit sauce, you can also decorate with fruit or mint.
