Coffee brewed in the V60 dripper using paper filters is clear and aromatic. Due to the fact that the water flows through the ground grain in a gravitational manner, the infusion will have time to extract the most pleasant notes even from very light roasted coffees. Medium and dark roast coffees can also be brewed in the dripper.

HOW TO USE
1. Fold the paper filter along the seams and place it in a cup (250 ml). Pour in medium ground coffee (15 g) and gently level the surface (shake the filter to do this)
2. Boil the water, wait a while and pour a little water over the coffee. Water should be poured against the filter wall, not directly onto the coffee surface. Leave for 30 seconds.
3. Add the rest of the water in circular motions until you get the whole brew. The brewing process should take no more than 3 minutes.
