INGREDIENTS
buckwheat flour *, natural spring water (* certified organic ingredient)

A METHOD OF PREPARING
Boil a large amount of water so that the pasta floats freely in it. Salt the water as desired, add a little vegetable oil. Add the pasta to the boiling water, stir and cook until soft - 5-6 minutes, al dente - 3-4 minutes.
Do not stir the pasta while cooking. Drain and pour cold water.
