wholemeal rye flour type 2000 * ground on stone mills, water (* certified organic ingredient)

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Boil a sufficient amount of slated water (3 L for one package of pasta). Add a little vegetable fat.
Put the pasta in gradually and cook until it is soft enough (about 10 minutes).
Then set aside from heat, pour cold water, drain..
