A METHOD OF PREPARING
Boil plenty of water so that the pasta floats freely (4-5 liters). Salt and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil if you want. Slowly add the pasta to the boiling water so as not to interrupt the cooking process. Stir and cook until tender for 7 - 9 minutes, al dente 6 - 7 minutes. Do not stir the pasta while cooking. Drain, pour warm water and enjoy the taste of wonderful pasta.
