DESCRIPTION
This pasta is ideal for sauces, e.g. based on seafood. Rustichella pasta is produced in a traditional artisanal way, i.e.
- Slowly dried at a temperature of 45-50 degrees Celsius thanks to which it retains its nutritional and taste values, does not overcook, has a lower glycemic index.
- It has a rough surface and prevents the sauce from running down to the bottom of the plate, but remains on the surface of the pasta.
HOW TO PREPARE
Boil 1 liter of lightly salted water for every 100 g of pasta. Cook for 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. After cooking, drain the pasta and pour it with cold water.
