100 g of the product was made from 80 g of pear fruit. Product obtained by cooking pear fruit; with the addition of apple concentrate to obtain the appropriate pH level; pectin. Preserved by pasteurization in hermetically sealed glass containers. Sweet and sour taste characteristic of pear fruit, similar to the color of fruit.
