DESCRIPTION

Organic pinto beans are a decorative legume. Burgundy dots make dishes with its addition acquire an original and interesting look. It goes perfectly with dishes with corn and rice, as well as with soups, sauces, stewed dishes, salads.

PREPARATION METHOD

previously soaked rinsed beans (at least 12 hours)  should be boiled underneath soft in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 min. Salt only until the end of cooking.
