DESCRIPTION
Organic plantain scales are valuable due to the very high fiber content. In the presence of water, they release mucus and form a gel that makes it easier to move the contents in the intestines. Shells can be consumed in the form of a drink, flooded with water, milk or fruit juice. They can also be an addition to bread or a thickener for soups and sauces. Plantain husk we recommend especially in combination with psyllium seeds in the proportion of 20% of the husk and 80% of the seeds, in the form of vital fiber.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Consume no more than 5 teaspoons a day and be careful while giving the product to the children. When consuming scales, it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids.
