Fruits were grown in Poland on ecological farms, thanks to which they are free of any harmful substances. Confirmation of their origin is the EU certificate PL-EKO-07. The shelf life of BIO dried plums is 60 days. White coating, which can sometimes be clear on fruit, is not a sign of expiration. It is associated with the natural precipitation of fructose, which does not adversely affect their taste or quality.
