RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Adults: 10 to 15 ml (2-3 teaspoons) 3 times a day diluted in approx. 100 ml of water or with any other drink.
Children over 3 years of age: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day diluted in approx. 50 ml of water or with another drink.
