Description:
Psyllium is an annual Mediterranean plant, whose seeds are the most valuable part. Due to the very high fiber content, which plays a special role in the regulation of digestive tract function, they are becoming more and more popular. Seeds can be consumed in the form of a drink, flooded with water, milk or fruit juice. They can also be a great addition to many dishes, including as an ingredient in desserts, meat coating or thickener.
