Pumpkin seed oil has a rich nutty flavor and dark green color. It is obtained from pressing raw stones. It contains unsaturated fatty acids, including linoleic, oleic and palmitoleic, as well as squalene and phytosterols. We also find in it caroids, which are a source of provitamin A. It contains a high content of polyunsaturated fats. A daily portion of 5 ml contains 1.2 g of oleic acid (Omega-9) and 2.42 g of linoleic acid (Omega-6).

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry, cool and dark place at temperatures up to 20 ° C. At temperatures below ten degrees Celsius it crystallizes, which does not affect the nutritional value of the oil. After opening, refrigerate, eat up to three months after opening. Keep out of reach of small children.
