Pectin is the perfect substitute for gelatin. The product is vegetarian and of natural origin. Works great in the production of home-made preserves such as jams, preserves and jellies. It is also great for cakes and as a substitute for gelatin in recipes.
INGREDIENTS
Citrus-apple amidated pectin, sucrose.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Recipe for low-sugar jam, 2 kg of any fruit and 1 kg of sugar. Pour 100 ml of water into 2 kg of selected fruit, boil. 30 g pectin mixed with 1 cup sugar. Pour into boiling fruit. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the remaining sugar and cook until completely dissolved. Add lemon juice or a teaspoon of citric acid, dissolved in a small amount of hot water. Mix thoroughly. Pour hot jam into jars and pasteurize for 20 minutes. By using juice instead of fruit you can get a delicious jelly.

STORAGE
