Pickled cucumbers 1300g - Krokus

The Krokus pickled cucumbers are kept in small barrels so that a lower salt concentration is used and the entire process is supervised. When the pickling process is finished, they are put into jars by hand to make sure that only whole, firm and crunchy items will be sold. Cucumbers can be eaten with any dish and taken straight from the jar. They can be used to prepare various salads, cucumber soup, brine traditional for Russian cuisine. Cucumbers are a good source of mineral salts, and the silicon they contain is important for the health of your hair and nails. Cucumbers are very low in calories, and the pickled ones are easier to digest than raw ones and additionally enriched with lactic acid from the fermentation process and substances permeating from the added spices, i.e. fresh dill, horseradish and, above all, Polish garlic.
