Plum jam 320g Krokus

Krokus plum jam takes its naturally sour sweetness from the high concentration of fructose. Hungarian plums are used in the production process, thanks to which the jam has a very distinctive color. The fruit puree is made on dense sieves, which keeps the smooth texture and the full nutritional value of the fruit peel. A small amount of gluten-free glucose syrup prevents it from becoming saccharified.
