Psyllium seed plantain (Plantago psyllium).

HOW TO USE
Pour 250 ml of water over 2-3 teaspoons of plantain (10-15 g). Wait 10 minutes, mix and drink. Use 3 times a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. It is not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children. To maintain proper health, you should follow a varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
