Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring compound in the body, of which half is in the dermis and intercellular space. Its primary function is to bind water. About 30% of the substance breaks down in the body, and its place is replaced by new hyaluronic acid molecules. With age, the number of new particles decreases constantly and the tissues in which it is found weaken. The effects of this are most easily seen on the skin, which becomes flaccid, drooping, less firm and elastic. MyVita 5% hyaluronic acid is a three molecule serum for use on the skin. There are 3 types of acid with different molecular weights. Thanks to this property, it works better on the surface of the skin, but also in its deeper layers. In addition, the serum increases the absorption of other active substances in the skin.
