DESCRIPTION
Organic quinoa flakes are obtained from crushed quinoa (quinoa) grains. We recommend it as an addition to soups, as an ingredient in pastes and chops. They blend well with milk, yogurt and fruit, also great as an addition to cakes and desserts.

PREPARATION METHOD
Cook the flakes in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of flakes for 2 servings of water or milk) on a slow fire for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
