Their goblets are mostly red, but there are also varieties that take on orange and pink. When they fade, fruits are born that need a long ripening period. You don't pick them until autumn, you can make them a great syrup!

The quince fruit is not large, it has a diameter of 4 to 5 cm. Mature, spherical specimens are distinguished by a beautiful yellow color and give off a refreshing smell. They are a great alternative to lemon, they are valued for their strong, sour aroma. Children love tart sweets, they eat such sweets, jellies and jellies with great pleasure. Unfortunately, the interesting taste is not always associated with the healthy composition of the product.

Traditional quince syrup

Yellow quince fruit is great for homemade preserves. Acid and refreshing, they taste especially good in cold winter. Try these delicacies! We have prepared for you a natural quince syrup, which we obtained using a traditional method. Its recipe is primarily NFC juice (not from concentrate), directly pressed from fruit on a traditional press. You will not find artificial additives such as preservatives and dyes.

What do you use quince syrup for?

First of all, instead of sugar and lemon, add tea syrup! It will add great taste, perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
Our product is also the basis for making a warming or refreshing drink. Just add a little bit of our quince syrup to hot or cold water.
Make sour lemonade! Add syrup to sparkling water. Water ratio: 1: 8.
Cakes, jellies and puddings topped with quince syrup are delicious!
