DESCRIPTION
Organic Cracow buckwheat is obtained from dehulled and chopped unroasted buckwheat grains. It has a mild and delicate taste. Most often used as an addition to soups, stews, pates, cutlets, bread pastes, as well as an ingredient of dinners in combination with vegetables or goulash.
A METHOD OF PREPARING
Boil the buckwheat in salted water in a 1: 2 ratio (1 portion of buckwheat for two portions of water) on low heat for about 20 minutes.
