DESCRIPTION
Organic Kidney beans (kidney-shaped) are classified as legumes. The name of the bean comes from the kidney-shaped seeds. Is an excellent source of fiber and vegetable protein. We recommend it for soups and stews, e.g. chili con carne and as an ingredient in salads, both hot and cold, and after mixing it into pastes and pates.

A METHOD OF PREPARING
Previously soaked for at least 12 hours and rinsed beans should be boiled until soft in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 min. Salt only until the end of cooking.
