DESCRIPTION
Organic red lentils are shell-free brown lentils. Thanks to decortication, red lentils are better absorbed by the body. Red lentils are susceptible to overcooking, so they are best suited as an addition to soups, stews and spicy snacks.

PREPARATION METHOD
Cook the previously washed lentils in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of lentils for 2 servings of water) for approx. 25 min. Salt at the end of cooking.
