DESCRIPTION

Organic red quinoa. It successfully replaces traditional cereal or pasta. It works perfectly as an ingredient in soups and as an addition to vegetables, sauces, pastries and desserts.

METHOD OF PREPARING

It is recommended to pour the quinoa grain with hot water on a fine sieve, then boil in a 1: 2 ratio (1 portion of quinoa for 2 portions of water) for approx. 25 min. Salt at the end of cooking.
