DESCRIPTION
Oolong tea, it is also called emerald, blue, turquoise, dragon or ulung tea. According to the Chinese classification, it belongs to the group of blue teas, according to Polish - most often to red. Its leaves are gently subjected to poor fermentation. Oolong tea is much less bitter in taste and gentler on the stomach, with sweet and even fruity notes. It is also characterized by a high content of tannins and vegetable tannins. It contains only small amounts of caffeine.

HOW TO PREPARE
We brew Oolong in a slightly smaller amount of water - 1 teaspoon per small cup of water - approx. 120-170ml. The optimum water temperature is 90 * C. Drain the infusion from the leaves after about 1-5 minutes, depending on what intensity of tea we prefer.
