DESCRIPTION
Organic rice flakes are obtained from crushed rice grains. They are an excellent choice for an easily digestible breakfast. We recommend as an addition to muesli, yogurt, cereal drinks and desserts. Also great as a base for milk and cereal soup for young children.

PREPARATION METHOD
Cook flakes in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of flakes for 2 servings of water or milk) on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
