Organic rice flour is a wholemeal flour, it is available by the process of milling the whole rice grains. It has a slightly sweet taste, therefore it works perfectly as an addition to all baked goods - bread, cake, cakes and desserts, pancakes, pies and chops.It mixes well with other flours.
