RICE PARBOILED LONGGRAIN BIO 500 g - BIO EUROPA

Organic parboiled rice has undergone a heat pre-treatment so that it doesn't stick or swell when cooked. The thermal steam action allows you to preserve nutrients, significantly reduces cooking time, leaving the rice loose and powdery. It is an excellent component of main dishes, and also fits perfectly as an addition to salads, soups and Eastern cuisine.

HOW TO PREPARE
Pour rice into salted, boiling water in a 1: 2 ratio (1 portion of rice for 2 portions of water) and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
