The ecological rockrose belongs to the oldest herbal plants. It is characterized by a high content of polyphenols. An infusion of rockrose can add variety to your daily diet.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION

Pour 1 teaspoon of the rockrose into 200 ml of boiled water at 90 degrees C. Brew for about 10 minutes. Can be served with lemon or honey. Drink 3 times a day.
