DESCRIPTION
Organic rye bran is a product created during the process of milling rye into rye grits. The bran consists mainly of the outermost, most valuable layer of grain, i.e. fruit and seed cover. Bran is an excellent source of fiber.It tastes great with dairy products. We also recommend it as an addition to soups, salads and sauces. We recommend to subject bran before consumption to a short heat treatment.
