A METHOD OF PREPARING
Ingredients: 1 sachet of bio rye sourdough 30 g Biovegan, 700 g of wheat flour, 300 g of rye flour, 2 bags of dried gluten-free yeast bio 9 g Biovegan, 2 teaspoons of salt, 750 ml of lukewarm water.
Preparation: mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Add water and knead well. Cover and set aside for 2 hours. to a warm place. Then knead again and place in a greased bread pan. Place in a cold oven with a bowl of water. Bake at 180-200 degrees C for about 80 minutes. Leave to cool down.
