Rape oil is made from selected rape varieties by cold pressing. Thanks to this, it has a delicate aroma and a distinct, slightly herbal taste, which makes it a great addition to dishes prepared cold and salads from sauerkraut, Greek salads, dips, sauces and pastes. Rapeseed oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including omega-3 fatty acids and monounsaturated fats. Replacing unsaturated fat in the diet helps maintain normal cholesterol levels.
