Each tablet contains a routine in the form of active widespread in the plant world called quercetin-3-rutoside or a little simpler - the naturally occurring glycoside of quercetin bioflavonoid (quercetin with a glucose particle attached) - that's what the dietician's routine calls. In the 500 mg Routine, Solgar uses only the routine derived from the seed pods of the Brazilian shrub Fava d 'Anta (Dimorphandra mollis).
