DESCRIPTION
Organic mung bean sprouts have a slightly sour taste.

PREPARATION METHOD
At home, we prepare the sprouts as follows: We take a flat plate, lin it with gauze or other water-absorbent material. Sprinkle a single layer of gauze onto the gauze and water it with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. Water should be topped up so that the gauze is constantly wet. We place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the species of the germinated plant, the sprouts appear after 2-4 days. For coarse seeds, e.g. peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc., or seeds with shells, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sprouts should be cut before consumption, and small seeds should be used whole.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry place.
