DESCRIPTION
Organic semolina (semolina) is obtained during the milling of purified common wheat grains. It contains gluten, which is its advantage in the preparation of puddings and leguminas, or the popular, thick semolina with fruit. It is also great as an addition to soups, cakes, pastries and casseroles.

PREPARATION METHOD
semolina on milk: boil 1/2 l of milk, add 3 tablespoons of groats to boiling milk. Cook 10-15 min. stirring occasionally.
