DESCRIPTION
Organic white sesame shelled after roasting can be a tasty addition to salads, bread and various dishes. It can be used for home-made tahina - sesame paste, a great alternative to butter or margarine. We also recommend the ground form as a sprinkle on groats, rice, soups or steamed vegetables. Sesame seeds should be ground immediately before consumption. Pre-soaking sesame improves its digestibility.
