Original Japanese product.
Soy sauce is an ingredient without which Japanese cuisine does not exist. It is exactly what salt and pepper are for European cuisine.
Ideally suited to dishes of meat, fish, vegetables and seaweed. It can be consumed alone as a dip e.g. for sushi or sashimi or in combination with other ingredients.
A bit of soy sauce added to the dish will increase its taste and give a characteristic oriental flavor and a slightly brown color.
When using soy sauce, remember to always add it last, because long cooking will cause the soy sauce to completely dominate the whole dish.
