PREPARATION METHOD
Ingredients: 1 sachet of organic rye bread leaven 150 g Biovegan, 500 g wheat flour, 500 g rye flour, 2 sachets of dried gluten-free bio 9 g Biovegan, 2 teaspoons of salt, 750 ml of lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Preparation: half the flour, yeast, salt and sugar mix well, add 750 ml of water and knead, add liquid rye leaven. Mix well and gradually add to the remaining flour. Set aside in a warm place, wait for it to grow, knead again, put in a bread mold and leave to rise 1/2 of the height of the mold. Place in a cold oven with a bowl of water. Bake at 200 Celsius degrees for about 50-60 minutes. Leave to cool.
