Organic concentrate of wholemeal buckwheat flour. Organic farming product suitable for vegans, gluten-free. Each production batch is tested for gluten by an independent external laboratory. Our concentrate consists only of gluten-free buckwheat flour, water and Klodawska rock salt, these ingredients are served with natural pickling. In order to maintain the highest quality, we subject our product to mild pasteurization. Organic wholewheat buckwheat concentrate is the basis for preparing a great soup.
