SPELT BRAN BIO 150 g - BIO PLANET

Organic spelt bran is formed during the process of grinding spelt into spelt grits. The bran consists mainly of the outer most valuable grain layer. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. They taste great with dairy products. They can be an addition to muesli, cereals, soups, salads and sauces. We also recommend using bran in homemade pastries and flour dishes. We recommend to subject bran before consumption to a short heat treatment.
