DESCRIPTION
Organic spelt flakes are obtained from crushed grains of spelt wheat. Spelt flakes are a great choice for a daily breakfast. They taste best with the addition of yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cook the flakes in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of flakes for 2 servings of water or milk) on a slow fire for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
